Safety Rules
- No flips, wrestling or other forms of roughhousing allowed while on a ride
- No shoes or sneakers allowed on a ride
- All riders must empty all pockets
- All riders must remove eyeglasses, jewelry, hard or sharp objects before entering a ride
- Riders must be grouped according to age and size before entering a ride
- No standing or playing behind or on sides of rides
- No children or adults allowed on or near rides while rides are being inflated or deflated
- Shirts or socks must be worn at all times
- No climbing or hanging on walls inside or out of rides
- No food or drinks on or around rides
- No smoking on or around rides
- All inflatable rides apply to children from 2 years to 12 years of age not exceeding the recommended capacity of 4-6 children
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian
- Slide is not be used as a water slide under any conditions
- Electricity requirements: a 15 amp outlet is required for each inflatable ride
- Rides must be within 50ft of the electrical outlet (no more than 1 extension cord 50ft to be used)
- Easy access to and from set-up location, as well as a safe and secure environment, is required
- Customer agrees and assumes total liability and expenses for any damage of a rental item(s), accident or injury to person or persons and releases Fun Factory of any liability
- Anyone with an underlying medical condition is not permitted on rides under any circumstances
- Customer is responsible for explaining the terms and conditions of this contract to all those in attendance
- Rides cannot be used when it is raining, or winds over 18 MPH -DAILY RENTALS: rides must be shut down immediately
- Electrical blower must be covered from rain
- Once inflatable is set up and inclement weather arises, there are NO REFUNDS
- Fun Factory reserves the right to refuse delivery if the location is dangerous or inaccessible
- DAILY RENTAL INFLATABLES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES DURING OPERATION, THE SAFETY RULES TO BE ENFORCED AT ALL TIMES. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO OVERSEE THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN
